Dr Joseph graduated from the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Philippines 2009. He did Emergency Medicine Residency at St Luke's Medical Center, Philippines 2011-2015.

Dr Joseph speaks English and Tagalog.
