Dr Foo Hui Ling is an Associate Consultant Dermatologist at the National Skin Centre (NSC), Singapore.
She graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree (MBBS) in 2015. She obtained her combined Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP(UK)) and Master of Internal Medicine (Singapore) in 2019, and Dermatology specialist accreditation from the Specialist Accreditation Board of Singapore (SAB) in 2024. She also serves as a Visiting Associate Consultant to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Woodlands Hospital.
Dr Foo Hui Ling's experience in managing patients with general dermatological conditions include eczema, psoriasiform disorders, acneiform disorders, pigmentary conditions, hair and nail diseases, cutaneous infections, urticaria, skin cancers, autoimmune, and paediatric dermatological conditions. She also has a subspecialty interest in venereology, particularly in women. Dr Foo understands how deeply skin conditions can affect both body and wellbeing and strives to work closely with her patients to create care that is holistic, practical and tailored to them.
In addition to clinical work, Dr Foo is heavily involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education. She is currently an appointed Clinical Educator with LKCMedicine and a house mentor for Dermatology Senior Residents. She also strives to improve patient care through research and has presented her research works at conferences and published in local and international medical journals.
