Dr Caroline is a Geriatrician who has been an integral member of the Community health Team since 2018. She leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses and allied health professionals in providing holistic care for home bound patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs. She is also actively involved in educational initiatives with community partners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to better support and manage patients living with dementia.

Beyond her clinical and community work, Dr Caroline is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. She is actively involved in teaching geriatric medicine and Community Medicine to both undergraduate medical students and postgraduate trainees.
