Overview
Patients admitted to TTSH may be referred for physiotherapy based on their medical condition, mobility status, or rehabilitation needs. Our physiotherapists are grouped into specialized teams, each focusing on specific clinical areas such as:

What to Expect During Inpatient Physiotherapy
Assessment
Your physiotherapist will review your medical history, discuss your physical challenges, and carry out a physical examination to determine the appropriate level of support.
Treatment and Goals
Your personalized physiotherapy plan will aim to:
- Promote early and safe mobility
- Manage pain and prevent complications (e.g. muscle weakness, chest infections)
