Convidose®*
ConviDose® is a pharmacist-managed medication packaging service designed for patients who are taking four or more long-term medications or who have difficulty managing their own or a loved one's medication regimen.
Your medications are organised and packed into individually labelled sachets, each containing the exact medications you need at the correct time of day. This helps to reduce the risk of missed or incorrect doses, giving you and your family greater confidence in managing your medications.

Medication Clinic (Med Clinic)*
This is a service where a pharmacist will review your medications following a hospital discharge. This ensures your medication list is accurate, safe, and that you have a clear understanding of any changes made to your treatment.
