What We Do
We provide personalised, team-based rehabilitation care. Our doctors work together with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other allied health professionals to support your recovery journey.

Our services include:
1. Inpatient Rehabilitation Consultation Service
Assessment and management of functional impairment following illness or injury, including:
- Evaluation of physical, psychosocial, and vocational factors
- Optimisation of independence and quality of life
- Guidance on expected recovery and prognosis
- Recommendation of appropriate rehabilitation setting (e.g. home, acute ward, community hospital, outpatient services)
- Prescription of medications, rehabilitation exercises, and assistive devices or modifications
2. Inpatient Rehabilitation Services
- Specialist rehabilitation care at Yishun Community Hospital (YCH)
- Physician-led, multidisciplinary management tailored for patients with complex needs
- Early rehabilitation to support recovery and transition to the next care setting
3. Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
- Follow-up care after discharge or post-acute rehabilitation
- Support for return to work and community reintegration
- Selected procedures such as botox injections for upper and lower limb muscle stiffness
