Understanding Your Score
Based on your assessment, your Clinical Frailty Scale score indicates:
CFS 6 (Moderately Frail): You need help with outside activities and often require assistance with at least one personal care activity (e.g., bathing, dressing, walking, toileting, feeding).
CFS 7 (Severely Frail): You are completely dependent on others for personal care and daily activities.
