It’s never too late – start slow and build up over time!
Try these 7 easy exercises at least two to three times a week! These can be easily done at home without any equipment apart from a steady chair.

If you want more guidance, consider joining Start2Move by HPB! In this 6-session programme, you will build a fitness foundation, receive practical guidance at no cost, develop and progress in your fitness journey, and be part of a supportive community.
Alternatively, join Age Strong by HPB! In this app-based digital programme, you will learn to build healthy habits to maintain your independence.
