Dr Jeannie Tey

Dr Jeannie Tey has nearly 20 years of experience in public health policy and administration, focusing on population health, policy development, and health system management. She is Senior Consultant in the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and also serves as Director, Corporate Planning and Chief Sustainability Officer. Jeannie leads strategic planning to align hospital goals with cluster and national priorities and contributes to training at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation’s Health and Social Change and Sustainability Academies. She has driven TTSH’s sustainability efforts, earning the hospital an Honourable Mention at the 2025 International Hospital Federation Awards. Her work has been recognised with several honours, including the National Day Commendation Medal (2016), Public Administration Medal (Bronze, 2023), and the COVID Resilience Medal (2023).
