Dr Jeannie Tey
Group Sustainability Lead
Dr Jeannie Tey brings nearly 20 years of expertise in public health policy-making and administration, with a career focused on enhancing population health, shaping health policy and managing health systems at both local and national levels. Currently serving as Senior Consultant in the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), she also holds the roles of Director, Corporate Planning and Chief Sustainability Officer. In these positions, she plays a key role in strategic planning at the hospital level, ensuring alignment with both duster and national priorities, and is actively involved in training and development as faculty to the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Health and Social Change Academy and Sustainability Academy.
Jeannie has also been instrumental in fostering TTSH's sustainability movement over the past two years, which culminated in an "Honourable Mention" at the Geneva Sustainability Centre's Excellence Award for Hospital Sustainability Acceleration in the International Hospital Federation Awards 2025. Her outstanding contributions have been recognised with multiple awards, including National Day Awards - the Commendation Medal (2016) and the Public Administration Medal (Bronze, 2023) - as well as the COVID Resilience Medal (2023).
