Dr Jamie Mervyn Lim brings with him extensive leadership experience across the acute and community care sectors. From 2023-2025, he was seconded to Ren Ci Hospital as CEO where he paved the way for a more integrated, seamless & holistic care services for patients. In 2025, Dr Lim led Ren Ci to the prestigious 13th Asia Pacific Eldercare Hospital Operator of the Year Award. It was the only organisation to win the coveted 2024 MCCY Charity Governance Award for Clarity in Strategy and won the 2024 USA Centre for Evidence Based Design Touchstone Award. Dr Lim was also recognised by Hospital Management Asia as 2025 Hospital CEO of the Year (Excellence Award). Prior to Ren Ci, Dr Lim served as TTSH’s Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2022 where he drove appropriate value-based care for the hospital. Under his leadership, TTSH also established the first Hospital Ops Command Centre, introduced RFID and RTLS technology and applied Operational Science principles to hospital management. Together with his TTSH teams then, they successfully led hospital operations during the COVID-19 pandemic; delivered the TTSH Medical Centre Masterplan; pioneered TTSH "Ward of the Future" concept and transformed supply chain operations into a new model for healthcare. Dr Lim was also instrumental in the planning and operationalisation of the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and TTSH Integrated Care Hub.
