Mr Wilfred Soon drives NHG Health’s IT vision and digital infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with national initiatives under MOH and Synapxe. With over 20 years in IT, he has successfully led major healthcare technology projects, including the National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS), launched at Woodlands Health in 2023. Wilfred also played key roles in developing NHG’s Healthier SG CRM platform, NHG Cares App, and Software Configuration Management systems. His award-winning contributions to national pharmacy automation – IPAS and OPAS – have enhanced operational efficiency and the patient experience. As Group CIO, he continues to build resilient, scalable systems that power NHG’s digital transformation and population health strategies.
