Tham Mei Leng is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience across cyber strategy, governance, risk management, incident response, and operational resilience. At NHG Health, she leads the strategy to strengthen the resilience of critical healthcare infrastructure, enabling secure digital transformation and safeguarding essential services.

Prior to joining NHG Health, Mei Leng served in senior Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) roles across government ministries, advising executive leadership on strategic cyber risks.
