Prof Jason Cheah serves as Deputy Group CEO of NHG Health and CEO of Woodlands Hospital, leading strategic planning, transformation, and cluster-wide resourcing. He champions organisational culture and long-term development, maintaining sight of finance, communications, and infrastructure planning. A trailblazer in integrated care, Prof Cheah was instrumental in establishing the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), leading its mission from 2009–2018. Earlier, as CEO of NHG Polyclinics, he launched Family Physician Clinics and innovative care models. He is also an Adjunct Professor at LKCMedicine and contributes actively to academia and international healthcare discourse. Prof Cheah has published widely on healthcare quality and chronic disease management, and has served on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Integrated Care since 2011. A trained physician, he earned his medical degree and Master of Public Health (with Distinction) from NUS, followed by advanced qualifications in healthcare management and an MBA from the UK. Prof Cheah is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
