Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer (Population Health)

Prof Eugene Fidelis Soh is a visionary physician-leader driving NHG Health’s population health strategy, covering 1.5 million residents across Central and North Singapore. With over 25 years in healthcare, Prof Soh champions a people-centred, community-based approach to care, leading integrated services across primary, community, and diagnostic care. He previously served as CEO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) from 2015 to 2024, transforming the hospital into a digitally enabled “Hospital Without Walls.” Under his leadership, TTSH earned top international accolades, including being named Singapore’s Leading Hospital in the 2023 Smart Hospital Rankings. Prof Soh also spearheaded HealthCity Novena and founded the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), Singapore’s largest health system transformation hub. He currently leads the Hospitals of Singapore Network, a national alliance advancing future-ready hospital care. A Harvard and NUS graduate, Prof Soh is deeply committed to value-based care, cross-sector partnerships, and future-proofing healthcare through innovation and co-creation.
