Group Chief Financial Officer

Ms Lim Yee Juan provides strategic financial leadership across NHG Health, driving sustainable value through sound planning, governance, and resource optimisation. A key architect of NHG’s financial infrastructure since its inception in 2000, she established the Group Procurement Office and Finance Shared Services, both of which transitioned into national platforms under ALPS and 1FSS. Prior to her group role, Yee Juan was CFO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where she implemented SAP enterprise systems and introduced Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) funding. She played a key role in the hospital’s relocation to Novena. As NHG’s care model evolves, she repositions finance as a strategic partner – spearheading data-driven decision-making, integrated funding models, and value-based care as a Payor. Yee Juan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and an MBA from the National University of Singapore, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Her financial stewardship supports NHG’s mission to deliver better health for all.
