Group Chief Information Security Officer

Mr Lim Thow Chang is a veteran in cybersecurity and information risk management, overseeing NHG Health’s data protection and cyber resilience efforts. Prior to joining NHG, he led cyber defence strategy across the OCBC Group in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Greater China. His earlier roles at Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, and ActivIdentity involved designing and implementing security architectures for governments and financial institutions. He also served at the National Computer Board, contributing to the Government Data Centre infrastructure. A strong advocate of cybersecurity education, Thow Chang was an adjunct lecturer for the CCSP curriculum at NUS-ISS and participated in Singapore’s Information Technology Standards Committee. His leadership ensures NHG Health maintains robust safeguards for its digital platforms, patient data, and clinical systems.
