Group Chief Pharmacist

Ms Lim Hong Yee is an experienced pharmacy leader who drives clinical excellence, innovation, and professional development as NHG Health’s Group Chief Pharmacist. She concurrently heads Pharmacy at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and leads the Centre for Allied Health and Pharmacy Excellence (CAPE), which fosters a culture of improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration. Over her 25-year career, she has introduced transformative initiatives such as the Outpatient Pharmacy Automation System (OPAS) and integrated robotic process automation (RPA) and AI into pharmacy operations. Under her leadership, CAPE has enabled innovation through seed funding, knowledge sharing, and professional support. She is also President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore and contributes to multiple the cluster’s governance committees. Ms Lim holds a Master in Community Pharmacy (Queen’s University Belfast), an MBA in Healthcare Management (NUS), and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (NUS). She has received multiple national honours, including the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2024 and the Outstanding Pharmacist Award in 2021. Her leadership continues to elevate pharmacy practice and collaborative care in Singapore.
