Adj Asst Prof Mark Chan Peng Chew serves as Chairman Medical Board at NHG Population Health, he provides expert guidance on clinical standards and governance.  Currently a Senior Consultant in the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), Adj Asst Prof Chan previously headed Department of Geriatric Medicine at TTSH from January 2015 to March 2019 and served as Divisional Chairman of Integrated and Community Care from April 2019 to March 2025.

He has his subspecialty interest in dementia and cognitive disorders in the elderly.  He is involved in medical education and has appointment of Adj Asst Professor in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine National University Singapore.  He also serves as Clinical Expert at Geriatric Education and Research Institute.

Adj Asst Prof Chan holds a medical degree from Trinity College Dublin and completed his specialist training in Geriatric Medicine in Singapore.
