A/Prof Phoa Lee Lan is Chairman Medical Board at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), where she leads care transformation across complex and crisis situations. A respiratory and critical care specialist, she has championed integrated care delivery, enabling patients to receive seamless, physician-led services through single, person-centred plans. Her work focuses on care transitions between acute, rehabilitative, and community settings. A/Prof Phoa plays an active role in clinical education and examinations, serving as Adjunct Associate Professor at NUS and NTU medical schools, and as a chief instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at KTPH.
