A/Prof Phoa Lee Lan is Chairman Medical Board at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), where she leads care transformation across complex and crisis situations. A respiratory and critical care specialist, she has championed integrated care delivery, enabling patients to receive seamless, physician-led services through single, person-centred plans. Her work focuses on care transitions between acute, rehabilitative, and community settings. A/Prof Phoa plays an active role in clinical education and examinations, serving as Adjunct Associate Professor at NUS and NTU medical schools, and as a chief instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) at KTPH. She also sits on several RACs for medical training. Her leadership is shaped by advanced training at INSEAD and recognised through multiple accolades, including the NHG Outstanding Citizen Award (2023) and Public Administration Medal (COVID-19) in 2022.
