Zuraidah Abdullah
Mdm Zuraidah Abdullah retired in October 2025 as the Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan MENDAKI, a Self-Help Group and a non-profit organisation set up in 1982 to uplift the Malay/Muslim community in Singapore through education and lifelong learning.
Prior to joining Yayasan MENDAKI, she was a Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and was seconded to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority as Domain Commander (Air), Integrated Checkpoints Command from October 2015 to February 2020.
She has served 34 years with the SPF, holding several key appointments including Commander Airport Police Division, Commander Training Command concurrent Deputy Chief Executive Home Team Academy (Admin) and Commander Jurong Police Division. She was also seconded to Yayasan MENDAKI as the CEO from 2007 to 2009.
Mdm Zuraidah has served on numerous governing boards in the public sector. Presently, apart from the National Health Group Board, she also sits on the Land Transport Authority Board, MUIS Council, Agency for Integrated Care Board, Northlight School Board, OnePeople.sg Management Committee, National Committee on Prevention, Rehabilitation and Recidivism, Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD), Board of Trustees for SG Eco Fund and Uplifting Pupils in Life and Inspiring Families Taskforce (UPLIFT) Committee. She is also appointed as the Justice of the Peace.
