Ms Lim is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience spanning corporate
finance, strategy, transformation, and investments across leading organisations in Singapore and the region.​

She is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of SJ Group, where she is responsible for the Group’s
finance-related functions, Global Shared Services and Mergers and Acquisitions.​

Before joining Surbana Jurong Private Limited, Ms Lim held senior leadership roles including Group Chief Financial Officer (2015 to 2021) and Group Chief Corporate Officer (2021 to 2024) at Singtel, one of Asia's leading communications technology groups. Ms Lim was awarded the Best CFO Award (Big Cap) at the Singapore Corporate Awards in 2018. Earlier in her career, Ms Lim held senior finance roles at SMRT Corporation and Singapore Power, building a strong foundation in financial planning, investor relations, and procurement.

Ms Lim currently also serves as a Board member for the Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore.

Ms Lim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.  She is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
