Dr Teo Jia Hui is a Family Physician Associate Consultant at NHG Sembawang Polyclinic. She graduated from National University of Singapore with an MBBS degree in 2015 and subsequently completed postgraduate training in Family Physician MMED (Masters in Family Medicine) in 2021 and FCFPs (Fellowship in Family Medicine) in 2024.

To further enhance her expertise, Dr Teo has pursued various Graduate Diplomas in Mental Health (2017) and Geriatric Medicine (2020). With a strong commitment to patient care, she developed a keen interest in mental health, making significant contributions to the field.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Teo is a passionate educator and mentor. She serves as a Clinical Faculty/Teacher at NUS and LKC and contributes actively to training future medical professionals. She is also involved in postgraduate training, ensuring the next generation of healthcare professionals are well-equipped.
