About Us
Family Nexus (FN) @ Bukit Canberra is the first one-stop resource and wellness centre nested in the Central and Northern heartland region of Singapore, in support of the Ministry of Health’s Child and Maternal Health and Well-being Strategy.FN @ BC is conveniently co-located within Sembawang Polyclinic to integrate health and social services and better support families in the region. Specialising in women and children health, FN @ BC also offers marriage preparation programmes, parenting workshops and early literacy initiatives. There is a designated Care Ambassador to guide and make onsite recommendations for various in-house interventions and services offered by partner agencies.
FN is a one-stop community node with the following aims:
- Provide convenience by co-locating and integrating access to health and social services.
- Support the growth and development of children and their families in a holistic manner by signposting and availing resources to help them through their early years.
- Provide community space for families to seek advice, learn, as well as share and connect with one another.
