- 60g pineapple, sliced
- 40g guava, sliced
- 40g green mango, sliced
- 80g cucumber, sliced
- 80g sambal rojak segera
- 40ml hot water
- 3 tsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp brown or white sugar
- 3 tbsp ground peanuts
- 2 red chili padi, seeds removed and sliced
- ¼ ginger flower, finely sliced
Preparation Method
- Mix the tamarind and water together in a medium mixing bowl. Remove tamarind seeds.
- Add insambal rojak segera, sugar and half of the ground peanuts to thicken the sauce.
- Mix well.
- Add the cutfruits, cucumber, chilli and ginger flower to the paste and mix well. Set aside.
- Transfer to a plate and top with the remaining ground peanuts before serving.
