  • 60g pineapple, sliced
  • 40g guava, sliced
  • 40g green mango, sliced
  • 80g cucumber, sliced
  • 80g sambal rojak segera
  • 40ml hot water
  • 3 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp brown or white sugar
  • 3 tbsp ground peanuts
  • 2 red chili padi, seeds removed and sliced
  • ¼ ginger flower, finely sliced

Preparation Method

  1. Mix the tamarind and water together in a medium mixing bowl. Remove tamarind seeds.
  2. Add insambal rojak segera, sugar and half of the ground peanuts to thicken the sauce.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the cutfruits, cucumber, chilli and ginger flower to the paste and mix well. Set aside.
  5. Transfer to a plate and top with the remaining ground peanuts before serving.
