  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp thick soy sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp soybean oil
  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 200g grey prawns with shell & head removed
  • 100g fishcake, sliced
  • 250g choy sum
  • 200g bean sprouts
  • 200g wholegrain kway teow
  • 150g wholegrain Hokkien noodles
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation Method

  1. Heat a pot or wok, add oil and fry shallots for 1 minute.
  2. Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add prawns, fishcake and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add all vegetables and fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add all noodles and seasoning. Fry for 3 minutes until well mixed.
  6. Lastly, add in egg and mix well. Serve hot.
