- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp thick soy sauce
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp soybean oil
- 3 shallots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 200g grey prawns with shell & head removed
- 100g fishcake, sliced
- 250g choy sum
- 200g bean sprouts
- 200g wholegrain kway teow
- 150g wholegrain Hokkien noodles
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preparation Method
- Heat a pot or wok, add oil and fry shallots for 1 minute.
- Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add prawns, fishcake and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add all vegetables and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add all noodles and seasoning. Fry for 3 minutes until well mixed.
- Lastly, add in egg and mix well. Serve hot.
