- 1 medium cucumber, seeds removed and sliced with skin on
- 2 cups (420g) plain low-fat yoghurt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, toasted
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 sprigs coriander leaves, finely chopped
Preparation Method
- In a medium bowl, add yoghurt, cumin seeds, garlic and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add cucumber to yoghurt mixture and mix well.
- Chill before serving.
- Serve with nasi biryani.
