  • 1 medium cucumber, seeds removed and sliced with skin on
  • 2 cups (420g) plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, toasted
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 sprigs coriander leaves, finely chopped

Preparation Method

  1. In a medium bowl, add yoghurt, cumin seeds, garlic and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  2. Add cucumber to yoghurt mixture and mix well.
  3. Chill before serving.
  4. Serve with nasi biryani.
