As our GP partner, you are able to refer your patients for imaging and laboratory services at our centres that are conveniently located across Singapore.

- Laboratory Testing

- Bone Mineral Densitometry
- Spirometry
- Electrocardiography
How can I refer a patient?
Referring a patient is simple and hassle-free
Step 1: Download and fill in our service request form

Step 2: Book an appointment, if applicable
 For services that require an appointment Proceed to make the appointment (online or via phone). |
 For services that do not require an appointment Ask your patient to go to our NHG Diagnostics Centre during its operating hours. |
Step 3: Collect the results
 The report can be self-collected by your patient or sent to your clinic depending on the type of test performed. |
 Healthier SG screening mammogram result letter will be mailed to your patient directly. |
 All results will also be available on the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). |
