​​​​NHG Diagnostics is a clinical shared service of NHG Population Health. We are a leading provider of ​​quality laboratory and imaging services in primary healthcare in Singapore. Conveniently located in all NHG Polyclinics, our aim is to provide one-stop imaging and laboratory services which are accessible, cost-effective, seamless, timely and accurat​e​.​​

A doctor’s memorandum is require​d if you are a foreigner or are not eligible under Healthier SG screening mammogram​​.

Eligibility for Mammogram


To be eligible for Healthier SG screening mammogram, you must fulfill the following criteria.

50 years and older

Have not gone for mammogram for the last 12 months

​Have not gone for mammogram for the last 24 months

Have no breast symptoms such as breast lumps or blood stained nipple discharge

Have not been breastfeeding for the past 6 months

Please consult your family doctor should you experience breast symptoms such as breast lumps or blood stained nipple discharge.​

 

Medisave ​Guidelin​es


Under the Medisave guidelines, you must fulfill all the criteria below to be eligible for Medisave claim.

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

     

  • Eligible to screen​ under Healthier SG Screening*

     

  • ​Aged 50 and above (based on year of birth)

     

  • Have sufficient Medisave funds under the Medisave500 scheme​

 

You can use your own or your immediate family members’ Medisave for your mammogram screening​.
​

*For Healthier S​G Screening​

  • ​All eligible SCs and PRs will enjoy subsidies under Healthier SG Screening
     

     

  • In addition, eligible H​ealthier SG enrollees enjoy special subsidies at their enrolled clinic​
