Health Coaching for the Community Practitioner
Health Coaching for the Community Practitioner
The Health Coaching for Community Practitioners course was designed to train health coaches in providing support, guidance, and motivation to help their clients/patients make positive changes in their diet and exercise habits to achieve a healthy weight and keep chronic diseases at bay.  It debunks myths about nutrition/diet and exercise to enable coaches to provide correct information to clients who want to lead a healthy lifestyle to prevent or delay onset of chronic diseases as well as to empower those who have already have chronic diseases to be guided on health goals towards improving their quality of life and controlling their health conditions.

Towards this objective, the course was divided into 2 face to face modules (total 1.5 hours) and a post-workshop 2.5 hour zoom session, to consolidate the entire learning.
