Foundation on Chronic Disease Management Course
This course is designed to cover the theorectical component of life-saving techniques for cardiac emergencies. Participants will learn to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) effectively. Healthcare professionals who are medically unfit to administer BCLS.

Module 1: Patient Care & Health Management

Demonstrate the ability to triage, screen patients and basic understanding of common chronic diseases and its prevention​

 

Module 2: Patient Engagement & Care Transition​​

Support monitoring care plans for well and chronic disease patients and making referral for patient​​

 

Module 3: Communication, Patient Confidentiality & Ethics​

Demonstrate ability to apply effective communication with stakeholders and careful handling of PDPA matters​
