Yishun Community Hospital (YCH) is a 224-bed hospital which provides intermediate care for patients transitioning from acute treatment. Located beside Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and connected by sky link bridges, YCH provides a range of services from rehabilitation and sub-acute care to geriatric, dementia and palliative care services. Through comprehensive therapy, patient education and coordinated care plans, YCH delivers a seamless, hassle-free healthcare experience in a thoughtfully designed healing environment.
