Request to change ward class

You may request to change to a higher or lower class ward at any time during the hospital stay.

Change to a Higher Class Ward: Upon your request, a deposit will have to be paid.

**Please note that ward charges for the upgraded class ward will be effective from the date of transfer.

Change to a Lower Class Ward: Subject to bed availability, upon your request, hospital charges and ward fees will only be effective when the patient is physically transferred to the lower class ward.

**Please note that this type of request cannot be processed less than 24 hours prior to discharge.
