Join us for an energising HPB Line Dance session at our NHG polyclinic! This fun and accessible group fitness activity is designed to get you moving while learning simple, coordinated dance steps. No prior dance experience is required – our friendly instructors will guide you through easy-to-follow routines that promote physical activity, social interaction, and overall wellbeing. Line dancing is an excellent low-impact exercise that helps improve balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health while providing an enjoyable way to stay active.
